All residential tenancy deposits in the England and Wales must be protected under an approved deposit scheme. We use The Tenancy Protection Service (TDS) Insured Scheme.
The TDS are authorised by the government to protect deposits for tenancies in England and Wales and are the biggest provider of deposit protection in the UK.
The deposits are held securely in our UKALA approved client accounts and we hold the highest levels of client money protection as provided by UKALA, so you can be sure that your deposit is safe.
